Ovarian cancer is a type of with high incidence and mortality rate in Indonesia worldwide. C-reactive protein (CRP) an inflammatory marker meanwhile albumin indicator nutritional deficiencies ovarian cancer. This study diagnostic test for women aged >18 years without previous history who underwent laparotomy or laparoscopy at Prof. Ngoerah General Hospital, Denpasar. Samples were taken by consecutive sampling. CRP examination was carried out the laboratory immunoturbidimetry method using Latex Kit (Roche) measured Cobas integra 501 wavelength 552 nm. The gold standard to diagnosed according histopathological examination. A total 69 tumors recruited into which consisted 40 cancers 29 benign tumors. significantly higher median CRP/Albumin ratio found patients compared (6.9 vs 0.45; p=0.001). optimal CRP/albumin cut-off value 1.34. capability be best diagnosing advanced stage sensitivity 86.9%, specificity 68.9%, PPV NPV accuracy 76.9%, positive likelihood 2.8 negative 0.2. can potential tool especially stage.
